At 47, I was exhausted and overweight. All I wanted was to feel fully alive again.

Let me tell you a story. When I was 42, I felt amazing. As a Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, I ate well and exercised most days. I had lots of energy and with work, good muscle tone, and staying lean it was fairly easy to maintain, even if my diet faltered. I felt positive, motivated, and alert. 

But by my mid-forties, it was a whole different story!

I know we can't go back in time, but why is it so hard to just feel good? That's all I wanted!


In what felt like an overnight occurrence, I lost my muscle tone, gained weight around my belly, was always tired, felt depressed and my brain fog was starting to scare me.

The menopausal journey has changed what good health means to me now, but I have managed to find the physical, mental and spiritual health I needed to feel fully alive and well. I guess I feel peace. So at 53 years, it's time to give back, and guide other women around the world to a better place.
